Photo guide
To ensure your custom engraving is as accurate as possible, we need you to send us a photo of your pet that meets certain requirements. Below are some examples and recommendations to ensure your pet's image looks perfect on our products.
-
Avoid blur: Make sure your photo is clear and in focus. Blurry photos can affect the accuracy of the engraving, making details appear less sharp and distinct. For optimal results, it's crucial to capture the image as clearly as possible.

-
Avoid photos with multiple dogs: When capturing an image for engraving, make sure there's only one dog in the photo. Photos with multiple pets reduce clarity and focus on details, which affects the quality of the engraving. We only engrave one pet per pendant, so it's best if the dog is alone and clearly visible for best results.

-
Include the entire head and eyes: Make sure the photo captures your pet's entire head, including the eyes and ears. This ensures every important detail is captured in the engraving for an accurate and complete result.

-
Dark skin: Be careful with the lighting; it's essential to use even lighting to capture all the details. Avoid harsh shadows or photos that are too dark.
